Composite24 is transparent high-gloss coating system - epoxy resin. This product itself is highly irritating and dangerous because of its chemical composition. Usually these kind of products in market of Baltics is packed in bottles and unfortunatelly in paper/carton boxes.

Therefore during transportation and storage period packaging becomes wet and dirty and main part of information is lost and also it becomes very unstable due to two-component chemicals that mixed together can get dangerously hot and burn skin.

That is why we used flexible packaging for the product that contains chemicals in two bottles with component A and B. The special substrate and structure of film provides to keep product safe inside the packaging and even if the bottle is damaged it will keep the epoxy inside without leaking out.

It was very importantly and we wanted to make new packaging that is comfortable to the customer with easily and clearly understandable information for both professionals and new users. This packaging is very easy to use thanks to the special solution of packaging type and original icons that explains the instructions, advantages and preparation on the outside of packaging. Its metal glossy finish represents the epoxy resin itself and the customer is able to easy imagine the final result as well it creates feeling that it is high quality product with its shinyness and precise print and of course without any wet or leaking corner.
